For years, I supported people through heartbreak, loss, and major life transitions as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
I thought I understood what it meant to move through immense change — until life handed me my own. As everything familiar shifted, fear rushed in. I had to learn how to steady myself again.
How to breathe.
How to feel safe in my own body.
How to trust that the deeper, outdated subconscious patterns I carried could be explored, understood, and finally released.
That’s when I discovered EFT.
What began as a simple technique became a lifeline — helping me calm my nervous system, soften fear, and reconnect with a clarity I hadn’t felt in years.
It changed not only how I coped, but how I saw myself.
That experience inspired me to begin integrating EFT into my psychotherapy practice over ten years ago.
Again and again, I watched clients experience relief, release, and a renewed sense of self they never thought possible — new capacity, new choice, new possibility. A life increasingly aligned with their values rather than old conditioned patterns.
Now, focused fully on my work as a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, I bring together my clinical background and the balance and practicality that only lived experience can teach.
If your life has turned upside down, I won’t meet you with quick fixes or false promises — only grounded presence, compassion, and tools to help you find your way back to yourself. Your True North.
We find steadiness by meeting ourselves where we are.
